CHURCH PLANTING RESIDENTS

Over 10 months, they’re embedded in a sending church for frontline training, while they grow in and practice proven church planting competencies. Church planting is hard… but you don’t have to figure it out alone. Study after study shows that quality training, assessment, kingdom prayer, and trusted peers all exponentially increase pastoral sustainability. You’ll receive all this and more, as you learn with noted practitioners with a cohort of peers.

MINISTRY DISCERNMENT RESIDENTS

Everyone has a role in God’s kingdom: let us help you find yours! It takes time and coaching, plus we often have to overcome stereotypes of specific roles. The Equipping Group’s 8-month Discernment Residency considers spiritual life and family, personal leadership and gifting, all through the lens of mission and calling. You’ll learn, discuss, practice, and glean from many trainers in a cohort of peers, and discern your calling based on character, convictions, and competencies.
